Youth Leadership Team Application Youth Leadership Team Application The Senior High Youth Leadership Team is an opportunity for high schoolers to serve in the leading, planning, and decision-making process of the Senior High Faith Formation program at First Presbyterian Church of Lake Forest. The team will consist of 2 members from each grade (male and female) plus 2 additional "at-large" members from any of the grades. The team will meet once (and occasionally twice) a month - most frequently from 6-7pm on Sundays before Youth Group, and occasionally from 10:30-12:30 on Sunday mornings when longer meetings are needed. The team will be selected based on application scores (reviewed by adult leaders), a youth vote, and previous involvement.
