Every year, First Pres holds a Rummage Sale in the spring and fall. The church collects thousands of clean, usable items throughout the year including clothes, accessories, antiques, sports equipment, tabletop items, art and much more. Volunteers collect, sort and organize these items to get them ready for each sale. Since its inception in 1950, this event has contributed more than $5 million to First Presbyterian’s Mission program.

Volunteer
For the 76th year of the Rummage Sale, your help is greatly needed to make this Spring Sale a success.
The Rummage Sale will be held on Saturday, May 2 (8am-3pm). As a special thank-you to our volunteers, Rummage has traditionally offered a Workers Pre-Sale on the day before the sale, this year it will be Friday, May 1.
Volunteers who work a minimum of 4 hours are invited to shop early at the pre-sale and will be given a "workers' card" allowing them to shop. Please note that a presale markup will apply to all items purchased on Friday.
We’d love to have you join us—thank you for being part of the team! Please fill out this FORM to sign-up to volunteer!
Please: NO strollers or infants/toddlers with you while volunteering or at the workers' sale. School-aged children can shop the workers' sale if they have a workers' card.
All proceeds from the Rummage Sale support the church’s 30 Mission Partners, helping to provide vital funding, relief, and ongoing support to these impactful organizations.
